How do I get set up with access to the Accountancy Licensee Database (ALD)?

If you are an Executive Director or authorized board staff member, you can request ALD access by sending an email to Elizabeth Stanton at [email protected]. In the email, make sure to attach your completed Security Form, which should include an authorizing signature from the Executive Director, if applicable.

The Security Form may already look familiar to you, as it is required for your access to other NASBA systems, such as the Gateway. If you have recently filled out this form requesting access to another system, we do not need a new one to create your ALD access. Just have your Executive Director contact Elizabeth on your behalf, and she will create your ALD account using the Security Form already on file.

Once the account is created, the ALD system will quickly send you an email (within an hour) containing log in instructions and a link to the ALD log in page. Be sure to add the log in page to your list of Bookmarks or Favorites so you can easily find it later.
