Consumers will now have nearly 24-hour access to dial-in customer service.

Featured speakers include Governor Edward J.B. Calvo, Guam Board of Accountancy Chairman John Onedera, NASBA Board Chairman Michael Daggett and NASBA Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Ken L. Bishop. A reception will follow at the Hilton Guam Resort and Spa in Tumon (202 Hilton Road, Tumon Bay, Guam).

“We are thrilled to add this expanded service, housed at our Guam Testing Center, for the CPA Examination community and enhance customer service options with nearly 24-hour coverage,” said Ken L. Bishop. “NASBA expanded in Guam to answer the demand and need for more call service coverage to CPA candidates.”

In addition to providing expanded service, the establishment of the Guam Call Center is anticipated to provide an economic impact of over $6 million (including tourism impact, taxes and salaries). The upgrade in equipment for both the Guam Testing and Call Center will also provide an opportunity for NASBA and Prometric to collectively donate 35 computers to Guam’s public school system.

Media will have an opportunity to tour the facility and interview NASBA officials. For press inquiries or to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony, contact José Manzon at [email protected] or (671) 647-0813.
