Job Title: Administrator, Licensee Services
Reports To: Supervisor, Licensee Services

FLSA Status: Salaried Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
SUMMARY:
Performs all related tasks for processing applications for CPA licenses and Firm registrations including processing new applications, evaluating credential documentation against requirements, follow up with applicants with deficiencies, and communicate with Board according to procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Respond to all phone calls and emails within 24 hours
- Establish and maintain application files including paper file and electronic data-entry in as400, with assistance from CSA
- Locate exam files and request duplicates if needed
- Maintain a log of all applicant communications and processing activities within the as400 system
- Evaluate applications and supporting documents to determine qualification for CPA licensure as specified by state Board requirements using procedure and file checklists
- Maintain contact with applicants that have deficiencies, following up every 30 days with notice letter
- Close files after 90 day notice has lapsed
- After evaluation is complete, prepare files for supervisor’s review
- Prepare summary sheets and question files for Board submission.
- Send appropriate files to the Board as needed
- Participate in Board meetings as needed
- Discuss with supervisor any changes to rules, policies, or procedures by Board
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
