Jeff Oliver serves as chief information officer of NASBA. In this role, he is responsible for setting and implementing NASBA’s IT strategy and leading all technology functions, ensuring each function properly aligns with NASBA’s mission. Prior to assuming this role in April 2019, Oliver served as NASBA’s software services director (2016-2019) and infrastructure services director (2014-2016).

Oliver is credited with leading the association through a digital transformation, which resulted in over 95% of NASBA’s technology infrastructure shifting to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud. In addition to his cloud expertise, Oliver also holds broad experience in Infrastructure, Applications, Service Delivery, Enterprise DevOps, Risk & Compliance and Project Management.

Oliver is a founding board member of the John Paul II Leadership & IT Academy located in Blantyre, Malawi (where he lived from 2009-2011), and a graduate of Vanderbilt University – Owen Graduate School of Management and Purdue University.
