        Wednesday, June 26

          9:30 am – 2:00 pm: Guest Tour – Omaha’s Home to History

              Start your day seeing the beautiful architecture that blends with memories of a time gone by in Omaha, Nebraska. Explore the city’s vibrant past and hear stories highlighting the unique history of various neighborhoods and locations, ranging from the city’s infamous bootlegging past to the site of the Trans-Mississippi Exposition. Enjoy lunch at Spaghetti Works, an Omaha favorite in the Old Market. After lunch, we will visit the Durham Museum. Making its home in one of Omaha’s most unique treasures, Union Station. It offers a fascinating look at subjects ranging from its affiliation with the Smithsonian Institute to its strong ties with the Library of Congress, the National Archives, and the Field Museum.

                Thursday, June 27

                  6:30 pm – 9:00 pm: Dancing in the Garden Closing Celebration

                      Conclude the meeting with fine music, great conversation, drinks, and a delicious meal at Lauritzen Gardens, Nebraska’s Premier Botanical Garden. The Garden offers a setting of stunning indoor visuals and the brilliance and elegance of nature in its outdoor space to create an incredibly vivid experience.

                      Dress: Garden party attire should be light, comfortable, and colorful

                      • Women should wear pastels, bright colors, floral prints, and monochrome dresses.
                      • Men should wear smart casual attire, such as shorts (around knee length) or slacks in light colors, paired with a classy shirt.
