9:30 am – 3:00 pm: Guest Tour* – Troddenvale at Oakley Farm (MEET IN LOBBY)

Learn the history of Oakley Farm, founded in 1834 and listed on the National Registry of Historical Places in 2008, and see the present-day activity of the orchard. Lunch is followed inside the tavern at the Inn of Warm Springs.

7:00 – 8:45 am: BOD & Guest Breakfast (DOMINION)

7:30 am – 1:00 pm: Golf at Homestead (THE OLD COURSE)

Meet in the Great Hall and walk down to the pro shop to check in together (Tee Times 8:00 am, 8:08 am, 8:16 am) Boasting the distinction of having the nation’s oldest first tee still in continuous use, the Old Course features 18 holes and a unique 6,099-yard layout consisting of six par 3s, six par 4s, and six par 5s.

10:15 am – 1:00 pm: Group Tour – Falconry + Lunch (MEET IN SOUTH PARLOR)

Meet in the South Parlor. The South Parlor is the room immediately next to the front desk. Falcon hunting has a long-standing reputation for being the sport of kings. You will learn and participate in a field sports tradition that stretches back nearly 4,000 years. Learn the fine points of the sport with trained birds of prey – including falcons, hawks and owls – at The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa’s Mews, a world-class Virginia falconry facility.

1:45 pm – 3:30 pm: Group Tour – The Warm Springs Pool (MEET ON FRONT PORCH)

Meet on the front porch and take the shuttle directly to the warm springs. Soak in the soothing mineral waters of The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa’s historic Warm Springs Pools. Your session includes 50 minutes of exclusive access to either the Gentlemen’s or Ladies’ Bathhouse, each dating back to the 19th century.

5:45 pm: BOD & Guest Dinner (MOUNTAIN VIEW PAVILLION AT THE SHOOTING CLUB)

Meet on the front porch and take the shuttle directly to the shooting club.Enjoy the 5 stand and 2 skeet fields from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm prior to dinner.
