Transportation

Airport: Tampa International Airport (TPA)

Uber/Lyft: Guests departing the Airport using a TNC can be picked up by the service provider at Red Baggage Claim, Blue Baggage Claim or the Remote Curbside at the Rental Car Center. A service fee of $5.00 will be added to the cost of the fare. Guests may be dropped off at any public access location including Ticketing, Baggage Claim, or the Rental Car Center.

Taxi: Taxi service by Yellow Cab and United Cab is available at the curbside outside the Baggage Claim Level. Both companies charge the same fares: $2.50 for the first 1/8 of a mile or part thereof, plus $2.40 per mile. The minimum fee from the airport is $19. March Madness Welcome Reception

Kick off the conference with an evening of connection and camaraderie while supporting your favorite college basketball team. Indulge on delicious bites and refreshing drinks by the pool while soaking in the beautiful sunset views. Challenge a colleague to some friendly competition at our basketball shoot out and participate in the sweet 16 bracket. Also, be sure to welcome the first-time attendees to the NASBA Family.

Suggested attire: We encourage everyone to join the madness and dress in your college gear to support your favorite team. Cool and comfortable clothes suggested.

Taking it Back to the ‘80s Dinner Cruise

Take a step back in time and remember the fun of the good ole days – big hair, great music and the boisterous outfits everyone wore in the ’80s! It’s time to escape and relax, with the ultimate throwback celebration on the waterways of Clearwater Beach. Take in spectacular views on an open-air top deck while dinning and enjoying the sunset. Cheers to a successful 2025 NASBA Executive Directors and Legal Counsel Conference with your NASBA family while reminiscing and enjoying a night filled with memories from the ’80s.

Suggested attire: All ‘80s attire is welcome. NASBA encourages attendees to have fun and embrace the bold, vibrant, and eclectic styles that defined the 1980s. Wear bright colors and bold patterns (think neon and geometric), accessorize to the max (Women – chunky jewelry, scrunchies, fingerless gloves, big hoop earrings; Men- wristbands, headbands, bright colored sunglasses), big hair (tease your hair and remember “more is more”), bright, heavy makeup (bright eyeshadow, heavy blush), acid wash jeans, high-top sneakers, and graphic tees.
