SHARE: Author: Amy Tongate, Associate Director, CPE Services and ALD Last month, NASBA’s Okta authenticator, a service used to sign into several multiple applications, was upgraded. Users can now sign in with multifactor authentication via phone by receiving a verification code via text or a voice call. Previously, the phone option was not available to all users and the voice call option to receive a code to sign in was not available. Additionally, the “Forgot Password” link has been moved to the initial Okta login page for easier access when users do not remember or want to reset their password.
