Vaccine Requirement

As NASBA continues to place the safety of its member boards, staff and friends in the accounting community at the forefront, in-person attendance at NASBA meetings will be limited to registrants with full COVID-19 vaccination status*.

* The CDC defines “fully vaccinated” as a person who has received their primary series of COVID-19 vaccines.

Registration Fee

Registration is now open for the 115^th Annual Meeting. Register by Monday, September 26 to receive early bird rates. On September 27, fees will increase $100.

Member/Non-Member Early Bird Registration Fee: $695 (Price increases $100 to $795 on October 1, 2022)

Registration Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellation accepted through Monday, October 10, 2022, and is subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Requests for registration refunds will not be granted if received after Monday, October 10, 2022.

Designated Ride Share passenger pickup locations are listed below:

Terminal 1: Exit baggage claim via the escalators, walk across the Sky Bridge toward Ground Transportation and the parking lot, exit down the escalators toward the parking lot, and turn right to the Transportation Plaza. Use crosswalk to the third lane for pick-up area. See signage for assistance.

Terminal 2: Upon exiting baggage claim, use main crosswalk to Transportation Plaza. Ridesharing pick-up is located in the second lane on the right. See signage for assistance.
