Meeting App

The meeting app will have all your meeting information including: the itinerary, digital binder, your personal schedule, a list of attendees, maps of the hotel and local area, meeting resources, and more. The app is available via the app store. To access the mobile app, follow these steps:

1. Download the “EventMobi” app from the app store

2. Once the app is installed, enter the event code: julybod22

3. Click Launch App

4. Login using your email (this is for your EventMobi account)
a. If you have used the EventMobi app for previous events and do not remember your password, you will need to reset your password.
b. If you have never used the EventMobi app, you will need to create an account. (most of you would have created the account at the January BOD meeting).

5. Once you login you can view the agenda and create a personal schedule. Your personal schedule will appear on the homepage and under the “My Schedule” tab.
