According to the October 3rd, 2008 Mobility Update, there are:

18* States with mobility passed or in place

13** States with 2008 Bills introduced

31 States have legislation passed or introduced

11 State BOAs have voted to support mobility

42 States in place, introducing Bills, or voting to support

* NM, WA. ID, UT, WV, MS, and KY in 2008

** Plus, an additional 14 Bills are in the pipeline that have not been introduced.
