NASBA Updates Okta Sign-In Workflows to Make Self-Service Easier for Users

Last month, NASBA’s Okta authenticator, a service used to sign into several multiple applications, was upgraded.
Users can now sign in with multifactor authentication via phone by receiving a verification code via text or a voice call. Previously, the phone option was not available to all users and the voice call option to receive a code to sign in was not available.
Additionally, the “Forgot Password” link has been moved to the initial Okta login page for easier access when users do not remember or want to reset their password.

- CPA Examination Services and CPA Portal ([email protected]) – for exam candidates
- Accountancy Licensee Database ([email protected]) – for state board executive directors and staff
- CPE Audit Service ([email protected]) – for participating board staff and licensed CPAs in those states
