Friday, April 21

9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.: Spouse/Guest Tour- Senses of Santa Fe *

Discover Santa Fe’s compelling history, treasured art and architecture. This educational and entertaining stroll will expose you to Santa Fe’s 400-year history, serene adobe architecture, religious landmarks, and colorful culture. Following the Old Santa Fe Trail this tour will include potential stops at the State Capitol, San Miguel Mission and Oldest House, Loretto Chapel and the historic Plaza. Next, we will head over to Santa Fe’s Art District for lunch and free time to explore the art and boutique shops in this district of Santa Fe.

Saturday, April 22
7:00 a.m.– 9:00 a.m.: BOD & Guest Breakfast (Canyon)
10:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Group Tour – Rafting the Rio Grande *

Enjoy the Rio Grande on this serene float down the river. Float through the historic village of Pilar before continuing through some fun and safe class II rapids and then on to the take-out. Guides will outfit you with all the gear necessary for the day on the river. All are extremely knowledgeable about the area’s geology, ecology and history, and just love being on the river.
This is a flat-water float, a lazy float down the river. It affords time to practice paddling techniques, swimming, and simply enjoying the Rio Grande. Float through the historic village Pilar before continuing through some fun class II rapids. Class II rapids are considered novice level with straightforward rapids that have wide, clear channels.
We recommend the following for dressing:
- Strap-on sandals or sneakers – no flip-flops!
- Change of clothes for after the trip. A wetsuit and a splash jacket will be available for use during rafting
- Water bottle and sunscreen
- Long underwear and/or a fleece for colder months
10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.: Golf Outing – The Club at Las Campanas
(Depart lobby at 10:00 am; first tee time is 11:00 am)
