                        Award-winning cheesemaker Sheana Davis breaks down the barriers to cheesemaking, making it accessible, easy and fun with energetic and by using her hands-on class that teaches you how to craft a fresh, warm ricotta cheese that is ready to serve and enjoy within 90 minutes. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a Sonoma or Napa wine and an artisanal cheese tasting, allowing you to explore different types of handcrafted cheeses prior to creating your own. Next, be lead in the interactive process of making fresh milk cheese. All ingredients used are readily available in any local grocery store and the cooking supplies used reside in most home cooks’ kitchens. You will then be able to use their handmade Crème Du Fromage in making a flavored cheese of their choice. Lunch to be following the class.
